Writing Challenge – Writing

Woke up in the middle of the night, feeling hungry, famished and starved. Craving for something juicy, salty and perfect just to fulfill the emptiness in my stomach. The only first thing that came up to my mind was the all time favorite, GIGANTIC MAC ! I dashed and hopped into my car like a madman, driving off thinking of the first perfect bite I will be taking on this burger. I stormed in dramatically seeing a man, he looked weird? Like God forgot to finish him, one arm was big and the other looked like a worm. He was a superhuman from looking at him, I lost my appetite and left feeling disgusted

How to be a Great Prime Minister – Writing

To be a great prime minister of New Zealand comes with great responsibility.  To Lead the country, you have to have great respect for the people and have strength. Today’s subject I will be talking about raising the minimum wage, lowering food prices and making public health care free.

Raising Minimum wages can have many good impacts on us. It can be better and helpful for companies and businesses since they would be able to employ more people! It can stimulate how much people spend and would be much better for the people who are currently struggling with money. The ‘average’ minimum wage is 18$ per hour. This isn’t enough for our family or friends who  work day and night just to make sure to have a stable household. The AVERAGE minimum wage should be raised to at least 35$. Doing this would be very helpful to our economy !

Lowering food prices. New Zealand has been noticing the changes of food prices and how high it is getting. Since food prices are high most families won’t be able to fill their kids’ stomachs with the unnecessary expensive food. It is important to make food affordable for everyone, but it can be difficult because it affects farmers and the quality of the food. Finding a solution that benefits everyone is necessary.

Making healthcare free means having access to medical services and treatments without having to spend money. This can help ensure that everyone gets the care they need. It is also expensive and may even be raised by its quality care. Making healthcare free for everyone would change their lives !

A great prime minister should be serving the people and working towards the betterment of the country. They should be relating, honest, and clear in their actions and decision-making, and always put the needs of the people first.

How to be a Good Son/Daughter – Writing

‘How to be a good son or daughter?’ A question that will always hover kids’ heads: Being a good son or daughter comes in many ways, such as cleaning, doing things without being told and making your parents proud. So Today I will talking about ‘How to be a good son or Daughter’

Coming home from school and doing the dishes, vacuuming the house, and also cleaning your bedroom can show your parents the responsibility you have. Helping around the house can make a big difference for your parents. Just by cleaning the house can take off stress from your parents and can lead to a happy household. You may feel a bit lazy and tired but looking back at all the things your parents have done and provided for you, you know you should repay them by cleaning or in other many ways !

Doing things with no reminder from your parents can make you a good daughter. Like cleaning, doing your homework and also taking care of your siblings. Using your initiative and just doing things without being asked can help your parents a lot. Parents will see you as a responsible figure.

Making your parents proud is a huge thing! Being a kind, helpful person and pushing yourself to pursue new challenges and activities can make your parents proud. You should also focus, just do your best and work hard. Making them feel this way will bring them great happiness.

Doing all of these things can show your parents how good of an influence you are to your siblings.

Roller coaster – Writing

Rollercoaster

I’m standing in front of a colossal, twisting steel structure that seems to touch the sky. It’s a rollercoaster, and I’m about to experience the ride of a lifetime. As I step closer, the rumbling sounds of the coaster’s cars on the tracks grow louder, and my heart races with anticipation. My friends are just as excited, and together, we queue up. It’s finally our turn, as I hop into the coaster car, my heart is pounding. We buckled ourselves into the seats, I tried to calm my nerves.

Slowly, through the horrifying building It gets darker and darker as we move. A sudden siren that annoyingly repeats and a voice “Do not move!”. In confusion with red flashing lights that would hurt my eyes it was like I was in a real life horror movie. Dashing through I see water running down the stairs, crashing cars and smashed walls.

Steadily we stopped, as I thought we were over I sighed. Then looking from the far distance was light. Out of nowhere we laucnhed out of the building. I closed my eyes tightly in shock, holding onto the safety bar for dear life. We hurtled down the first drop, my stomach lurching as we picked up speed. I screamed my lungs out as we twisted and turned, feeling like I was going to fly out of the coaster at any moment. The wind whipped through my hair as we slowed to a stop, and I stumbled off the ride with shaky legs. Never riding that again.

Today and yesterday we presented our speeches with our literacy class. I enjoyed listening to everyone share  their speeches and I have learnt lots from everyone’s speech. On a fine day, after a baseball game, a girl named Leylah and her best friend, Sophia, decided to book a luxurious restaurant to celebrate winning the world baseball finals. As they got inside they noticed something strange, they saw a familiar face but to Leylah a repulsive face, in the room. Surprisingly, it was Sophia’s boyfriend, Zac Moran, whom Leylah did not like because of how hairy his chest was. They were confused till they saw a girl caked with makeup on, walking towards his table as if she knew him, Leylah and Sophia both gave each other serious looks. Then, Zac bent down on one knee with a shiny diamond ring holding it towards the girl. Without any hesitation Leylah ran to the car and ripped out the baseball bat, swinging it against his pointing nose smashing his skull into pieces. Writing Challenge : We Love Pizza – Writing

On a busy night in New York, as I was walking I noticed how hungry I was. I was on a hunt to look for the best pizza here, but I was too tired to walk. I sat down on a bench and embraced the wind as it rushed down through my hair.

On the high building I saw a silhouette, a weird looking silhouette. “RUN!” a man said in shock. A group of people were running out of buildings. The silhouette came out from the dark and I saw it’s true color, it was a “Gorilla, wearing an elegant pink tutu? That’s the first” It was too cute to even run away from so I paused. While walking  I looked away as I touched the gorilla’s head, scared it was going to do anything. Her head rubbed on my shoulder, it was very friendly! It happily grabbed me towards a pizza shop and we both ate pizza together. THE END !
