Art for Arts Sake – SLJ

Hello ! Pretty bored so I chose to do the Summer learning Journey activity. I was looking for something simple and fun, and then scrolled to find this. It took pretty long but it was easy and fun, I enjoyed creating this and it was made with lots of ideas. Please leave a comment !

WALT :Find this activity on the SLJ site. Once you find this task read instructions.  You then get into creating your silhouette art, it does not have to be just like mine but you can get the idea by it. If you have completed, post on your blog for everyone to see. Don’t forget to publish it with a task description so you could explain to the viewers about your work ! DONE

  1. Kia Ora Tumoe,

I love your art. It is very art pop era style with block design and bright, clashing patterns. I especially like the top right one with the galaxy pattern, it almost looks like water filled with stars.

It is an awesome idea to source inspiration for your art as it is often difficult to spark that inspiration by yourself, maybe you could add links or examples of the art that inspired you so we can see how you personalized it.

You mentioned that it was made with a lot of ideas, what are they? Is it the background or the birds or all of it?

Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing more of your posts.
